There is a lot going on in the world right now and most schools have sent the kids home for a few weeks. We’ve been home since Thursday, mostly processing everything that’s going on, resting and doing our best at planning our new schedule for being home. I’ve been a bit at a loss as to what to say or share about until our preschool reached out and asked me to share some easy recipes. I can do that! I made a round up of some of our favorite, easy lunch and dinner ideas below!
These recipes can be used however you need. If you don’t have something the recipe calls for, just substitute something similar or leave it out. These times are very strange and we will all need to get through it in whatever way works best for us. I hope these recipes will help bring a little ease to your days.

Weekday Flexible Schedule for WAHM’s
I also started a new flexible schedule for our weekdays. We are trying it out today to see how it works for us. So far it’s been really helpful to have a list of what to do next. It helps if you need to get work done at home and your kids are home too.
I am not super concerned about school work right now. They are going to learn so much just from being at home more and dealing with the pandemic in their own way. I am using this as a template for our day and adjusting whenever needed. Feel free to save it to your phone or print it out if needed.
I hope you are all doing well and staying safe! xo, Bri
