How to Make Philly Rolls

First, slice cucumber into sticks, then cut lengthwise in half until you have 1/4 inch sticks. Then, lay out a sheet of seaweed onto a bamboo sushi mat or a cutting board. If you don’t have a bamboo mat, you could also use plastic wrap. Then, press 1/4 cup of cooked white rice into a sheet of seaweed. If it get’s too sticky, you can wet your fingers. The kids love this part!
