You're going to love this Green Juice Gummies recipe! It's a super fun way to eat your greens. The kids and I both love these as an after school sweet snack.

Ingredients in Green Juice Gummies
These gummies are super easy to make and have just 3 ingredients!
- Green Juice: I used the Power Greens Juice from Trader Joe’s but any green juice should work.
- Sweetener: I used honey. Maple syrup or simple syrup works too!
- Gelatin: I used grass fed beef gelatin.

How to Make Fruit Snack Gummies
These are super easy to make and just take a little time. First, heat up the juice on low to medium heat to a simmer.

Next, sprinkle gelatin and stir frequently till dissolved. Add the honey and continue stirring till gelatin is combined. If some gelatin is not dissolved after stirring for 3-5 minutes you can discard it.

Next, pour into gummy molds. If you don’t have molds, you can use a small dish with parchment paper. Refrigerate for 2 hours, remove from molds and enjoy!
