Ingredients in Pulled Chicken Pimento Sandwiches
If you don’t have a Trader Joe’s near you, you can substitute these items from your local grocery store if they have similar products on hand.
- Dill-licious Pickle Salad - any dill pickle or Caesar salad mix will work
- Pulled Chicken - Precooked seasoned chicken
- Pimento Cheese Dip - A cheesy dip with pimentos
- Sandwich Starter Rolls - These rolls are so yum, you could use other sandwich or Hawaiian style rolls

How to Make Pulled Chicken Pimento Sandwiches?
First, start by opening up the sandwich rolls and placing them on a parchment lined sheet for the toaster oven. Next, add the pimento cheese spread to the top side of each sandwich.

Add the chicken to the other side of the bread roll and bake open faced for 5-7 minutes in the toaster oven at 350F.

Mix up the salad while the sandwich is cooking.

Add the salad to the chicken side of the sandwiches and close the sandwich to enjoy!
