I had the pleasure of being on Fox 5 San Diego to share fun Back To School lunch ideas! Our Kids Chef’s Salads were a hit along with watermelon bites, peanut butter power balls and turkey roll ups. The crew on set loved the watermelon bites recipe, which can be found in the Cooking With Kids cookbook! The kids seem to get burnt out on the same type of lunch everyday, just like I do. I’ve packed as many sandwiches that I could before they really said much. Now, they are asking for a little variety which I don’t blame them. Try out our Kids Chef’s Salads recipe below!
The Kids Chef’s Salads for Lunch
I love any lunch that adds in veggies in a tasty way. The kids have always been a fan of foods that are separated. These salads are yummy separated or mixed together with dressing. If these Kids Chef’s Salads look tasty to you, check out the recipe below and pin it for later!

I love this handy little egg slicer for slicing eggs super quick. It is really easy to use and the kids love it too. Just make sure to tell them to keep their hands back from the blades.

Such a fun idea for kids! And actually, I would be perfectly happy to eat this for lunch too. 🙂
Me too, Molly! Thank you!
