I'm super excited to bring you more fresh, flavorful dishes this year that add more nutrients to your life, and ours!

Ingredients in Salmon Bowls
This recipe is simple and many items can be substituted based on your preferences or what you have on hand.
- Salmon
- White Rice
- Marinade: Soy Sauce, Honey, White Vinegar, Miso Paste
- Veggies: Cucumber, Avocado, Carrots
- Spicy Mayo: Mayo and Sriracha
- Garnish: Sesame Seeds and Green Onions

How To Make Air Fryer Salmon Bowls with Miso Glaze
First, start your rice to cook on the stove. Cook rice according to package instructions for 1 cup of rice. Then you will make the glaze to add to the Salmon to cook in the air fryer.

Make Miso Glaze
To make the miso glaze marinade, combine the Soy Sauce, Honey, White Vinegar, and Miso Paste in a bowl. Slice your salmon and stir the glaze in with the salmon. Add the salmon to a parchment lined air fryer sheet and air fry about 7 minutes at 400F.

Make Spicy Mayo
While the salmon is cooking, make the spicy mayo. I like to do a 1-1 ratio of mayo to sriracha. You can adjust based on the heat level you prefer. I found these cute squeeze bottles so I added the mayo to the bottle with a plastic bag.

Chop the Veggies
Chop the veggies so they will be ready to go when the rice and salmon are cooked. I used cucumber, avocado and carrots with some green onions. You can also add edamame beans or other veggies.

Assemble the Bowls
Add about a half cup of cooked rice to your bowl, then top with the cooked salmon down the center. Add veggies around the sides of the bowl.

Garnish the Bowls
Drizzle the spicy mayo on top using a piping plastic bag or bottle. Add a sprinkle of sesame seeds and chopped green onions to the top!
