I'm loving this delicious Easy Tuna Toast (10-Minute Healthy Lunch Idea) made with capers, dill and red onion! This Bella Portofino Tuna is packed in quality EVOO with sea salt for a smooth, mellow flavor with great texture.
I love how the flavors in this recipe came together. The ingredients in this recipe are very simple and come together for a really vibrant lunch.

Ingredients for Tuna Toast
I started this dish by getting everything together on my new cutting board.
- Tuna in olive oil
- Capers, Red Onion and Dill
- Cream Cheese, Sour Cream
- Fresh Garlic Bread (or bread of choice)

How to Make Tuna Caper Toast
First, mix tuna, cream cheese, sour cream, capers, red onion and dill together. Then, toast the bread. Next, add a generous portion of the cream cheese tuna to each toast. Finally, top with dill, capers and red onion garnishes.
This tuna toast is tasty, different and full of flavor with this olive oil soaked tuna. I absolutely love capers and like to find new ways of using them. The red onion gives this dish a pop of flavor!

A Family Favorite Dish
When I first made Tuna Caper Toast, I didn't think it would be something the kids would enjoy but to my surprise, they loved it! I packed it in their lunch for school the next day and they gobbled it up.
