Ingredients in Lemon Baked Fish
The ingredients in this fish recipe are super simple and have a few variations that you can substitute.
- White Fish: Tilapia, Cod or Halibut
- Lemons: you can use lime if you don't have lemons
- Butter
- Seasoning: I've used carne asada or a garlic herb blend
- Garlic
- Garnish: cilantro, parsley or chives

How to Make Easy Baked Fish
This recipe is very simple. First, add the fish to a baking dish. I like using a round cake pan or small 8x8 glass dish so the flavors stay together in the dish.

Slice a lemon and juice one half of a lemon. Slice remainder lemon and one more into thin slices.

Add the melted butter, lemon juice, garlic and seasoning into a measuring cup and stir. Pour over the fish and into the pan. You can use a pastry brush to coat evenly over the fish. Cover and bake for 20-25 minutes at 350F.
