I love a good cocktail and these Bourbon Holiday Cocktails are perfect for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years! My family has always made some sort of tasty cocktail around the holidays like brandy and eggnog or hot toddy's, which I also love.
This cocktail is more on the fruity side with that rich flavor from the bourbon. I've been experimenting more with different cocktail flavors and this one is great for those who don't typically drink bourbon but want to give it a try. Check out the full recipe below!

Bourbon Holiday Cocktails Ingredients
What makes bourbon cocktails delicious is a good bourbon. I love the taste of this Bulleit Bourbon. Its bold flavor is also really smooth and can be enjoyed in so many ways.
- Bourbon - Select a good bourbon, of your choice
- Orange Juice - I like pulp free orange juice but you can use any variety
- Pomegranate Juice - We use POM
- Orange Soda Water - Or regular soda water, other flavors work too
- Honey
- Ice and Water

How to Make Bourbon Holiday Cocktails?
First, get out all of your ingredients. Set out the bourbon, orange juice, pomegranate juice, honey, orange soda water, ice and garnishes. Next, make a honey simple syrup on the stove by combining honey with water and bringing it to a simmer.
Then, add ice to cocktail glasses. Pour a shot into each glass, then pour in the honey simple syrup. I combine these first to sweeten the bourbon. Then add your juices and top with orange soda water. Finish with a garnish of pomegranate seeds, orange slices and rosemary.

Celebrating the Season with Cocktails
Not only is this bourbon holiday cocktail delicious, it's also so pretty! Pouring the pomegranate juice into the orange juice creates such beautiful colors and turns into a deep red. Grab the full recipe below and enjoy this holiday season with your friends and family!

Yes, you can double this recipe to make 8 cocktails in a pitcher or serve in individual glasses.
If you don't have bourbon on hand, you could substitute with a rye whiskey, scotch, cognac, aged rum, aged, tequila or a non-alcoholic option like Kentucky 74.
