Rubio’s Langostino Lobster

Have you heard that Langostino Lobster is back at Rubio’s? Rubio’s gave me a couple meal coupons so I could try out the return of its fan favorite, Langostino Lobster tacos and burritos. Be sure to try it out before it’s gone!

Rubios langostino lobster tacos

I tried the langostino lobster tacos. (image above) They were um… SOOO. GOOD! I loved that the lobster was rich, buttery and melt in your mouth tasty! The chipotle white sauce that is poured on top really brings all the flavors of the lobster, avocado, cabbage and cilantro together. Yum! Now that I am writing about this I may have to go pick a couple tacos up for lunch.

Have you tried the langostino lobster from Rubio’s? Let me know what you thought.

About Rubio’s Restaurants:

The first restaurant was opened in 1983 in San Diego by Ralph Rubio and his father, Ray, who started the fish taco phenomenon that spread across the nation. Today, Rubio’s menu has grown from The Original Fish Taco® to include additional chef-crafted seafood recipes that feature sustainable shrimp, Atlantic salmon, Regal Springs® tilapia and mahi mahi. In addition to certified sustainable seafood, Rubio’s offers grilled marinated chicken and steak, salads, handmade guacamole, “no-fried” pinto beans℠, and a variety of salsas that are prepared daily. Rubio’s is headquartered in Carlsbad, Calif., and operates 196 restaurants in California, Arizona, Colorado, Utah and Nevada. For more information, visit

I received 2 meal coupons to try the new items. No compensation was received. All opinions are my own.
