Harland Brewing Company 4S Ranch: What to Order

If you’re looking for a family-friendly spot in San Diego with great food and a laid back vibe, Harland Brewing Company 4S Ranch’s new full-service restaurant is worth checking out.

Known for their clean, true-to-style beers, Harland has expanded into a full dining experience! They offer a full menu of shareable appetizers, and options that work for both date nights and casual family dinners.

We recently visited and tried a mix of appetizers, entrees, and a few must-order items!

The Drinks at Harland 4S Ranch

At Harland Brewing Company 4S Ranch, you’ll find a well-rounded drink menu to pair with the food. Harland is known for their clean, true-to-style beers. This location also offers seltzers, mocktails, and a curated wine selection, which is awesome whether you’re grabbing a drink with friends or bringing the whole family.

What to Order at Harland 4S Ranch

The Fish Tacos are a must, served on flour tortillas with fresh cabbage, pico de gallo, and jalapeño aioli, with chips and salsa on the side. The fish tacos are a favorite from the night.

For something to share, the Garlic Noodles with chicken are a tasty appetizer and perfect for the table.

The Southwest Shrimp & Lobster Roll had such a flavorful sauce, it really stood out. And honestly, the fries from the kids’ meal dipped in honey mustard totally knocked it out of the park.

The Braised Short Rib is a great option for an entrée, it's super tender, served over creamy mashed potatoes with seasonal vegetables and a rich jus.

And don’t skip dessert! The carrot cake is perfect for families and a great way to end the meal.

The atmosphHarland Brewing Company 4S Ranch is casual, welcoming, and perfect for a variety of occasions. It’s a great spot for families, but also works well for meeting friends or a relaxed date night.

The space feels open and laid-back, with plenty of seating and an easygoing vibe that makes you want to stay awhile. Whether you’re stopping in for a quick drink or a full meal, it’s the kind of place you can come back to again and again.

Is Harland 4S Ranch Family Friendly?

Harland Brewing Company 4S Ranch is very family friendly. They offer great kids’ meal opitons. James loved the burger, and we all enjoyed those delicious fries. The kids’ menu also comes with crayons and a fun section to color, which is always a win. And right off the patio, there’s a play area with a few climbing spots, making it an easy and relaxed spot for families.
