If you are looking for a creamy coffee style drink, you have to try these Irish Cream Cocktails! These are insanely easy to make with just 2 ingredients.
I love these on St. Patrick's Day! They are also a tasty alternative to morning coffee if you're partying it up. I also love Irish cream Cocktails as a night cap.

Ingredients in an Irish Cream Cocktail
For this Irish cream cocktail, simply mix 3 parts cold brew coffee and 1 part Irish Cream. I picked up my ingredients at Trader Joes but you can buy this combo of ingredients at most grocery stores these days.
If you don't see cold brew coffee you can use regular brewed coffee. I really liked the richness of this one though.

For this St. Patrick's Day we are going camping for the first time in a long time! I'm looking forward to enjoying the great outdoors with the family.
We will be cooking up some Corned Beef Tacos for dinner, Irish Coffee Martini's for dessert and s'mores for the kiddos.
I love planning our meals around a theme, especially on holidays. It makes cooking and decorating so fun. Anytime I don't go all out for a holiday, the kids get so surprised. It must be one of my love languages, to share food, festive ideas and good times with loved ones.

We love celebrating St. Patrick's Day with festive decor, tasty food and delicious drinks. Our family is Irish and my grandpa used to visit Ireland.
I've personally never been, but the kids and I have talked about going for a few years now. We do a multicultural fair at school every year and we always have the Ireland booth.
We bring biscuits and tea as a little snack that the kids can enjoy while they learn about Irish traditions. Our favorite fun fact to share is that Halloween originated in Ireland!
What are you doing for St. Patty's Day this year?! xo - Bri
