Over the weekend, I made the most delicious easy cheeseburger pizza! I’ve always loved the cheeseburger pizza from BJ’s but I heard they don’t offer it anymore. When I realized that I had hamburger meat defrosted and had a roll of pizza dough, I knew I had to make an easy version of a cheeseburger pizza. What makes this pizza so good and so different from other pizzas, is the pickles and ranch! If you’ve never had cheeseburger pizza, you’re going to want to try this immediately. Mark and the kids LOVED this lunch and I’m sure you will too!
How to Make Easy Cheeseburger Pizza?
This pizza is very easy to make when you use store bought dough. You can also make your own dough with our tasty pizza dough recipe if you prefer. I used Pillsbury’s classic pizza crust for this recipe. First, preheat the oven to 400F. Line your sheet pan with parchment paper and press out the pizza dough. Prebake the dough for 8 minutes. While this is baking, cook the ground beef in a medium skillet on medium heat until cooked.
Next, add on a layer of marina or pizza sauce to the prebaked pizza dough.
Add a layer of cheese and a layer of ground beef. Then bake the pizza for another 6-10 minutes. Drizzle on your chopped pickles, salsa and ranch to finish. Slice the pizza dough into squares with a pizza cutter and enjoy!
The most delicious and easy cheeseburger pizza recipe you can make any night of the week!
