Blueberry Protein Shake

Watermelon Pumpkin Seed

You know I love a good wild blueberry smoothie! Today, I’ve got a Blueberry Protein Shake packed with nutrients, antioxidants and tons of protein! This recipe has only 3 ingredients and is an awesome shake for after a workout. I’m excited to be working with Naked Seed to bring you this fun recipe.

Blueberry and banana

Protein Shake From Seeds

I’m not big on protein powders that contain a lot of ingredients so I was excited to find one with only 4 ingredients. Naked Seed is made from organic pumpkin, sunflower, watermelon and chia seed protein. “Antioxidant-rich seed protein powder can promote heart and bladder health, better immunity, cardiovascular health, and optimal blood sugar levels.” – Naked Seed Website.

Naked Seed Protein Powder

I’ve always thought chia seeds should be in more products because of all the nutrients and health benefits they provide. I love that they combined pumpkin, chia, sunflower and watermelon seed protein. I noticed the watermelon flavor most out of all. You can really mix this protein powder with anything you’d like. I liked the flavor best in a shake. I think the banana and blueberry combo bring it all together. Grab the recipe below!

These are great for on-the-go snacks when you’re in a time crunch. The bars have minimal ingredients too like grass-fed whey protein, almond butter, peanut butter and monk fruit juice.
