Ingredients Used
Fresh or frozen ingredients work well for this smoothie recipe!
- Wild Blueberries - I used frozen wild blueberries. You can also use fresh blueberries. Add ice if you don't use any frozen fruit.
- Pineapple - Add fresh pineapple or use frozen pineapple chunks.
- Spinach - I used fresh spinach and frozen can also be substituted. Use half as much if frozen.
- Banana - I like to peel and freeze bananas to have on hand for smoothies. Fresh also work well!
