I love using wild blueberries because they are already frozen and have an amazing flavor. They are super rich and dense. The pineapple sets it off with a little twist and it all comes together with the creaminess of the banana. My blogging adventure has been amazingly fun, exciting and always changing. Most recently, I decided to transition into more of a food than a lifestyle blog for several reasons but mostly because I find the most joy and creativity in all the aspects of creating a food (or drink) post. I’ve loved writing about my family, our adventures and things I’ve learned along the way, but the one thing that always sticks out as my favorite projects have to do with food. I’ll still be sharing about our adventures and travel but there will be a much heavier focus on food. Food is the thing that I feel ties us all together. It brings us together throughout the day, lights us up and nourishes our bodies.
