Tropical Smoothie Ingredients
For this simple tropical smoothie, I’m using just 5 ingredients. It has canned coconut milk, frozen pineapple, frozen mango, banana and strawberries. It’s so simple and so delicious. It’s vibrant and tart, almost like a starburst but smooth. This recipe is perfect for 2 small smoothies. You can double the recipe for more or cut it in half for less. We ended up making 2 batches because it turned out so yummy!
How To Make A Tropical Smoothie
I love that smoothies are so easy to make. Simply add all of your ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. I also love to pour any extra smoothie into popsicle molds and put them in the freezer for delicious and fresh popsicles.

We loved having fresh coconut, bananas and pineapples in Maui. We’ve been keeping a bag of frozen mango in the freezer for anytime someone wants a tasty bite of mango. These bites are awesome for defrosting just a bit and enjoying really cold. They are also perfect for smoothies.
I added strawberries for this tropical smoothie because they are currently in season and make the smoothie pop with flavor. You can omit them if you prefer.
