I always like to grab all of my ingredients first and set them out, so they are easy to grab. You will need
- Cottage Cheese - My favorite is 2% Daisy Low Fat Cottage Cheese, any others will work too.
- Ground Beef - I prefer a grass fed ground beef if available
- Taco Seasoning - Any premixed taco seasoning or you can make your own
- Salt and pepper
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese - Shred your own cheese or use pre shredded
- Tomato - I used baby cherry tomatoes but you can use Roma or any other tomato variety
- Cilantro - cilantro tastes best but you can use parsley as a substitute

How Do you make a taco dip with Cottage Cheese
First, you're going to want to blend your cottage cheese. Some people don't like the texture of cottage cheese, plus it smoothes it out so it's easy to use. You can use a handheld blender, counter top blender or an immersion blender to blend it all together.

How To Make Cottage Cheese Taco Dip with Ground Beef
First, start with a medium skillet on medium heat and cook your ground beef. While this is cooking, you can blend up the cottage cheese. Next, add salt and pepper to the ground beef as it is cooking. Once it is cooked, add the taco seasoning and let simmer for about 3 minutes.

Once the meat is cooked and seasoned, you can add in the blended cottage cheese.
