You have to make this easy Cinnamon Bun Iced Latte at home. It's so delicious and perfect anytime of year, but especially in the fall with those cozy cinnamon and salted caramel flavors!
I started making cappuccino's and lattes at home after our family vacation to Europe. While latte's are not as popular there, I am bringing together the richness of the espresso with the sweetness of warm flavors from here.

Why Make a Cinnamon Bun Iced Latte?
I've been starting all of my mornings with a simple cappuccino with a little bit of honey, but every once in a while I want something a little different. I love the combination of cinnamon and salted caramel and it comes together so good in this iced beverage.

Ingredients in a Cinnamon Bun Latte
There are just a few ingredients in this cinnamon bun iced latte, that you may already have on hand.
- Italian Roast Coffee - I have found a few good Italian Roasts at Marshalls and really like the dark roast espresso find grind from Don Francisco's.
- Milk - I use whole milk but you can use any milk of preference.
- Salted Caramel Syrup - You could use a caramel syrup if you can't find the salted version.
- Heavy Cream - This is for the cold foam.
- Cinnamon Sugar - I have this premade at home, they also sell it in the store now as one spice.
- Cinnamon Stick - You can add this to make it more flavorful and for a garnish on top but is not necessary if you don't have any.

Making Espresso at Home
I made this espresso from our new Espresso Machine, under $100 right now! If you don't have an espresso machine at home, you can also use a Keurig or Moka Pot. If you use a Keurig, try to find espresso pods.
As for the coffee, you want to use a rich blend to get that warm and strong flavor. I have found that many Italian Roasts are pretty good for this.
Making an Iced Latte at Home
Making iced latte's at home is really easy. You simply need to add espresso to your milk of choice with ice for an iced latte. Next, you want to add a flavor or sweetener if you like a sweet latte. Cold foam is a tasty combination of whipping cream and sweetener blended together.
