If you've ever wanted to go on a tiki boat, you've got to check out Tiki Time Bay Tours in San Diego! We had an absolute blast enjoying the views of the bay, playing games and enjoying tropical cocktails on our tour.

Why Take a Tiki Boat ride?
I don't know about you, but I love all things tropical and a tiki boat ride is a great way to feel like you're on island time! Tiki Time Bay Tours offer a really fun tour of the bay in a totally unique way. Their hosts are hilarious and are all working to make sure the guests have a great time. We went on the Tropical Tiki Guided (all ages) tour and had an awesome time, even without the kiddos.
Tropical Drinks
When you arrive on the boat, the first order of business is to place your drink order. I ordered a Mai Tai with a rum floater and let me tell you, it was strong! They have very tasty drinks with a menu full of options on their website. The coconut shots made from coconut water are super tasty. Most of the drinks are made with Cutwater, so they are all high quality!
The Bay Tour
As the crew gets the drinks ready, the host shares about the views around the bay with fun facts and details you may have never heard before. We all get time to chat amongst ourselves in between playing games and listening to the guided tour. We saw spots like downtown, the Star of India, the USS Midway and the Kissing Sailor Statue.
Bay Cruise Views
We were excited to come across a few sea lions hanging out on the bay. The views on the tour are beautiful and include the Coronado bridge, the downtown skyline and the harbor full of amazing boats.
Interactive Games
We played a few funny interactive games while on board. The host, Donnie, informed us before we even stepped on the boat to pay attention to facts and key points because there would be trivia questions to win prizes aboard the boat. We also played a few large rolling dice games and mini golf. Mark won the mini golf contest and won a free coconut shot for each person on the boat! Others won hats, tickets to come back on the boat and drinks!
Celebrations on the Tiki Time Bay Tour
We happened to be celebrating our 15 year wedding anniversary and really enjoyed starting our evening off with a bay tour! We love our hometown of San Diego and anytime we are not traveling, we like to find awesome places to celebrate life in San Diego. The host will make sure to celebrate with you on board and make it a special evening!

Rates for the Tiki Time Bay Tours vary between $29-60. You can get a discount on adult tickets. Child tickets are already discounted. Group rates are available upon request.
