You have to check out Ivy Kitchen's food options at Glen Ivy Hot Springs. During our recent visit, we got a preview of their spring menu, and there were so many fresh and flavorful dishes to try! From vibrant salads and shareable appetizers to refreshing beverages, the menu offers something for every type of spa guest.
Located in the scenic Temescal Valley of Corona, California, Glen Ivy is a popular Southern California destination known for its mineral baths, relaxing pools, and rejuvenating spa experiences. Ivy Kitchen provides a delicious dining option right on-site so you can refuel without ever leaving the resort.

Spring Menu at Ivy Kitchen
One of the highlights of our visit was getting to sample a variety of dishes from Ivy Kitchen's new spring menu. Chef Gabriel Gonzalez brought out an incredible selection that showcased the restaurant's fresh, California-inspired flavors.

The Tasty Appetizers
Among our favorites were the Tofu Lettuce Cups, Burrata Pesto Salad, and Ahi Poke, each offering bright flavors and fresh ingredients that felt perfect for a day of relaxation at Glen Ivy.

We also enjoyed the Hummus Duo and Bruschetta Crostini, which make great shareable starters, along with the Crispy Chicken Kimchi Sandwich and Sweet BBQ Grilled Chicken Sandwich, both packed with flavor and satisfying enough to fuel a full day of soaking and spa treatments.

Best Dessert at Glen Ivy
To finish the meal, we indulged in the Toffee Brown Sugar Cake, a rich and delicious dessert that was the perfect sweet ending to our tasting experience.
Whether you're looking for a light bite or a hearty meal, Ivy Kitchen offers plenty of options to complement your day at Glen Ivy Hot Springs.
