VIPink Brunch With Gordon Biersch 5/3

The fam and I got an awesome sneak peak at Gordon Biersch’s new brunch menu last week. We were invited to attend their very first brunch offering to sample what they will offer at the upcoming VIPink Brunch at Westfield Mission Valley Mall on May 3rd. Westfield often hosts super fun events this time of year to benefit Bright Pink – a non-profit organization focused on prevention and early detection of breast and ovarian cancer in young women.

Brunch at Gordon Biersch

We were pleasantly surprised by the many brunch item offerings at Gordon Biersch. Their new brunch buffet is only $29.95 for adults (includes free flowing mimosas), $14.95 for kids 6-12 and free for the little ones. The restaurant had different stations set up including a bloody mary bar, a build your own omelet table and a waffle station. The menu options included ceviche, baked omlets, white chocolate fig french toast pudding, a carving station, buscuits & gravy and breakfast lasagna.

My favorite dishes were the cornbread muffins with whipped butter, the green chilaquiles, the cinnamon sugar donut holes and the bacon cinnamon rolls. Everything was pretty darn tasty and I am looking forward to heading back after this baby pops out and I can enjoy those free flowing mimosas!
