September 2017 Dream Board Workshop

Last night was the 9/22 Dream Board + Wellness Workshop. It was an amazing event held at Hera Hub in Sorrento Valley. I’ve been doing dream boards for years now and it was so fun to get a group of women together, learn some tips about taking better care of ourselves and take the time to dream about our futures. My purpose for starting these workshops was to get women to gather together, enjoy a good time and thrive in their lives.

We started our evening off with some Self Love Inspiration from Juliette Sak Life + Wellness. She discussed how time management can actually be a huge part of self care and how we can be in control of our schedules instead of feeling like our schedules control us. We heard some Healthy Living tips from Clean & Colorful Kitchen and enjoyed a delicious Greek Bowl for dinner. Jess Kay Designs brought us some beautiful crystals from The Sacred Crystal and held a guided meditation to help get our creative juices flowing. In between creating dream boards we enjoyed amazing cranial sacral massages from HolisticSkin.Guru. All the ladies went home with their own dream boards + goodies from San Diego Magazine, Melissa’s Produce, Whole Foods Market and Beauty for a Mission.

I stopped by Whole Foods Market earlier in the week to pick up a few beverages for the evening. We had coconut water, Italian soda, Chardonnay and a super tasty (and easy) Tropical Italian Spritzer.

Tropical Italian Spritzer
1 Part Tropical Blend Italian Soda
1 Part Pinot Grigio
Scoop of Ice
Stir and serve!

I’ve been getting lunches from Clean & Colorful Kitchen and they are so good! I love that they are healthy, delivered AND taste good! They provided dinner for the evening and the Greek Chicken Bowl was a big hit. If you’re local to San Diego and want to try out a meal prep delivery company – give them a try!

Charlene from Holistic Skin Guru offered us Cranial Sacral Massages and they were fabulous! Not only that but she used some really amazing oils to help relax us all. She will be offering essential oil hand massages at our next event. All of the ladies really enjoyed having time to relax, work on dream boards and learn from some amazing ladies. I hope you can join us at the October 14th Workshop! We will be doing a beach scene painting class + so much more excitement!

A huge thank you to all of our event sponsors and to the beautiful Hera Hub for hosting us!

    Hi Bri,

Thanks you SOOOOOOOOOOO much for all your hard work in putting this event together. It had been decades since I made my last dream board and forgot how inspiring and how much fun it is.

Much thanks to all the lovely ladies who gave so generously, and/or shared their talents with us.

I left the event with a renewed sense of self 🙂

That looks like such an awesome workshop! I love putting together dream boards, but throwing in a Tropical Italian Spritzer and a massage makes it even better. Congrats on another successful event.
