    i’m brave enough to admit i could really use this because although i do not eat a ton of junk food, i eat enough that i believe it affects me negatively.

    I’ve been calorie counting and so far lost 25 pounds. Unfortunately I’m still eating junk food, and I need a kick-start to eating better. This would do it!
