Easy Meal to Feed a Crowd

It’s the Friday before Christmas and I could not be more excited! We’ve had a full week of activities at school, work and projects at home. I picked up some Applebee’s Catering for an easy meal to feed a crowd. Our weekend is already packed full of holiday fun and I want to make sure we are all fed before we dive into all the goodies. This post is sponsored by Applebee’s Catering which is a simple option for these on-the-go weekends.

Ordering from Applebee’s for our impromptu holiday party worked out great! I decided last minute that I wanted to have a few friends over to get started with this holiday weekend. I was able to order the Classic Combo which serves 6-8 (easily) and includes mozzarella sticks, spinach dip + chips, boneless chicken wings, chicken quesadillas and celery sticks. This option was ready in under 20 minutes. If your order more, just make sure to give them 2 hours notice. Not bad for a catering order.

I haven’t had mozzarella sticks in such a long time. I often ate these as a kid and enjoyed trying these tasty dippers again. There has to be that marinara though!

Our annual tradition for Christmas Eve is to do appetizers. I often make a meal out of appetizers because I have a hard time picking just one thing to try. Applebee’s has over 30 menu items to choose from and next time I’m going to have to try their four cheese mac n cheese with honey pepper chicken tenders on top!

The little guy is at that stage where he pretty much likes all foods. The little missy has gotten a little more picky and seemed to only like the chips. We had a few friends over and we had plenty of food for everyone. This was a super simple way to feed a group for less than $10 per person. We even have leftovers.

I’m really looking forward to turning things down for a few days and enjoying the holidays with the family. I wish you all the best for this holiday season! xo, – Bri
