BriGeeski Free Pilates classes and an awesome party? Yes, Please! Corebody Pilates Plus will be hosting a weekend of free classes on March 15th-16th to celebrate their grand opening! This fun event will also include a special appearance from celebrity fitness trainer, and Pilates visionary, Sebastien Lagree. Located in the Carmel Mountain Ranch shopping center, Corebody Pilates Plus studio is ready to work out San Diego with complimentary classes.
Corebody will be presenting new client specials for all introductory classes. USA Today has called Corebody “Pilates on steroids.” Corebody offers its signature 45-minute SPX Pilates classes that can help you burn upwards of 500 calories in each class! The SPX classes are taught by a dedicated team of fitness experts that engage the full body through a fat burning, high-octane workout. Not only does this method improve your strength and endurance but it is taught along with fun and upbeat music!
The Celebrity Fitness trainer and visionary behind Corebody’s methods, Sebastien Lagree, will be in attendance. Lagree, who launched the first Pilates Plus studio in Los Angeles in 2001 created the ‘Next Evolution in Physical Fitness’ aka the ‘Proformer’ by incorporating the key principles of core stability and blending them with the fusion of muscle dynamics. Lagree has made sure that this is not your typical workout, introducing creative and entertaining full body conditioning.
