I never realized how important it was to be connecting with the Earth until I became a mother. I’ve always enjoyed the beauty of Mother Earth but connecting with her is also so very important to stay grounded and replenished. I always feel inspired to create and do my best after spending time in nature. The calming vibes of the ocean, the vastness of the desert and the beauty of the mountains creates a centering effect on the body. There are so many ways we can connect with nature and I felt like it would be fun to discuss this today, on Earth Day! 🌎

Why I Love Essential Oils
I first learned about essential oils when I had my baby girl. I love the smell of Lavender and wanted to share that joy with her, so I rubbed lavender lotion on her feet before bedtime. It became our routine and a fun way to connect with her each evening. I then came across a friend selling the oils and I thought I’d give it a try. I realized the MLM type of business didn’t work well for me, but I did love the essential oils.
A little while later, I came across Rocky Mountain Oils and fell in love. I found a lot of uses for the oils, like calming, grounding and clarity. Their lavender, eucalyptus and Frankincense became my absolute favorites! Their oils are very high quality and you can purchase one at a time right from their website. This was not an option with the other companies I had looked into. To celebrate Earth Day, I’ve got a 25% Off discount code for you! Use code Bri25 to save 4/22-4/25. I am now an affiliate and just want you to be able to enjoy these amazing oils too.

- Turn off Lights When Not in Use
- Use Your Own Bags for Groceries
How do you plan to celebrate Earth Day today? I plan to go on a nature walk, diffuse my oils and practice yoga. I wish you all so much peace, love and clarity. xo, Bri
