Bruegger’s Bagels just launched its new “Behind the Taste” campaign, a video series celebrating traditional bakeries. The restaurant is committed to the true process of bringing fresh ingredients from the farm, field and ocean to its storefronts. I am always excited to learn about the processes of companies providing fresh and natural food. One of my goals this year is to bring more natural items into my life and remove anything else.
I love that Bruegger’s tagline is Tradition You Can Taste. How perfect is that? I get so frustrated when I hear about large companies that are using fillers, preservatives and unnatural products in their food. I wish to one day walk into any grocery store and know that everything inside is all natural and made from real food products. I love this little graphic below showing just what exactly is in Bruegger’s Bagels:
Bruegger’s is keeping up with their traditions. Wouldn’t it be nice if others followed along?
One of my favorite things to do in the kitchen lately is make everything from scratch. I love making pizza dough, fresh made pasta and cookies. I want my kids to know how to make basic food in their very own kitchen one day. The better I get at making these items the better they will be as mini chefs. I plan to keep these traditions of baking, enjoying and learning together as long as I can. What are your favorite kitchen traditions?
I hope you enjoy these videos as much as I did. Enjoy!
