Acrylic Prints

Our good friend, Tony took family photos of us a couple months ago and I love how they turned out. I was skeptical since the weather was a little gloomy but the photos ended up awesome. I love the bright light in each image. He really captured our true essence. After we received the images I immediately reached out to Mixbook to see what type of wall art they recommend. They just so happened to be launching a new product called Acrylic Prints. You guys, these prints look awesome!

Before I get to the prints, I wanted to share a couple photos from our session at the beach. I am totally in love with the colors in these images. The bright white with the little pops of blue are so pretty! I love that we ended up taking photos at the beach. It is such a beautiful natural setting for photos. It is also my happy place. I totally need to go there more often. I think I’ve said that before. But seriously, the beach is so calming and full of life energy.

The kiddos and Mark also love the beach. Last year we went to Fiesta Island a lot because we can take Ellie dog but we didn’t seem to go as much this year. I love that we have found Fletcher’s Cove as a new hang out spot for us and I hear there is a dog beach right next door, so we will have to give that a try the next time it is warm out.

Here it is! The acrylic prints. I took a couple photos so you could see the side angle too. I’m not sure my photos do it justice as the lighting in the house today was a little dark. Side note – I need to get a light set up for indoor photo shoots! But I think you can get the idea. I am seriously loving these and I now want to order more. It sort of looks like a print with a piece of glass on top of it. There is an attachment piece of wood that you can hang it up easily with. I set one on our living room shelving and the other is in the kitchen for now. I may end up hanging them side by side because they really look nice together.

Have you had family photos taken recently? My mom wants to get the whole family done next and I can’t wait! I think we will have to do another beach photo session because I just love the beauty of the ocean especially with the family around. Speaking of family, it is so close to Christmas! I am ready for some time off to celebrate and enjoy with family and friends. If you see things quiet over here, I’ll be back over the new year. I’ll be around on Instagram though. I wish everyone very happy holidays and a wonderful break. I hope you take a little time for yourself and find peace! xo – Bri
