Happy New Year Everyone!
I don’t normally do new years resolutions but for some reason I got a little more into it this year. My resolutions are mostly things I wish I did regularly but don’t seem to make enough effort to keep up with them. So I thought if I write them all out for the world to see than maybe I will make more of an effort to accomplish my goals. I am also trying to make sure they seem like attainable goals that I will work on. So…here they are:
Exercise – I would like to go to the gym or do another physical activity at least 3 days per week.
Read – (or listen) I am going to try audio books and listen to them at the gym to get started.
Yoga – This can be part of exercise but I want to do yoga at least once per week.
Healthy – I want to keep my kitchen stocked with healthy foods at all times.
Family – I would like to spend more time with my family.
Church – I would like to attend once or twice a month for a while to see if I enjoy going. I have not been regularly since I was a kid.
Walk – I need to walk my dog at least 4 days per week. This should probably be everyday… but I am just trying to stay realistic.
